Description

This guide is targeted at those responsible for GIZ projects in the area of vocational education and training and employment promotion (VET/EP) a reference instrument to systematically assess and record the wanted results of programmes that are aimed at social (re-)integration. It also deals with VET/ EP projects with the purpose of measuring and verifying the subsidiary results in terms of social change, offers recommendations on how to better combine social aspects with conceptual thinking and design of VET/ EP projects and programmes.

The context and theoretical foundation as well as the experiences and challenges related to results-based monitoring are also presented, including results hypotheses, examples of indicators and methods of results measurement.
