Description

The future of work poses additional challenges to the disadvantage, particularly to those persons with disabilities. A global concern and a challenge that comes from the rapid changes for the future of work is to ensure that it is inclusive.

The ILO Global Business and Disability Network and Fundación ONCE have developed a publication that looks at the following:

  • To connect different areas of debate
  • Look at key trends of the future of work from a disability perspective
  • Seek to identify action needed to shape the future of work in a more disability-inclusive way.

The publication hopes that stakeholders will be involve and collaborate in order to take concrete action to ensure a future of work that is inclusive of people with disabilities.
