Description

The ILO report provides an overview of how the ASEAN countries and their six main trading partners are responding with new and/or adapted strategies and policies to three 'mega trends'  of the future of work: changes in technological advancements, demographic shifts, environmental and climate disruptions.

What to expect from the report:

  • patterns in national policy-making and pointing out of potential gaps in what would be needed to drive a "human-centred agenda for the future of work"
  • Examples of innovative policy actions in the countries striving to promote decent work for persons of all ages while also seizing the opportunities of technological progress and promoting environmental sustainability
