Description

A school-to-work (STW) information base is a set of policies and practices for collecting information about skills needed by employers and types of employment found by TVET graduates. The booklet analyses information systems supporting STW transition in selected countries in the Asia-Pacific region. It explores key challenges and issues faced by policymakers and institutions with regard to existing TVET policies and systems. It provides a set of recommendations to policymakers to address issues and formulate better educational policies and systems that support the transition from school to work in order to make graduates employable.
