Skills development pathways in Asia focus on developing skills infrastructure in alignment with the physical infrastructure that has led to synergising of capital investment and industry growth for large infrastructure projects in the 15 Asian region countries (Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam). This report is an initial insight into the skills challenges encountered by Asian countries as well as their positive experiences, unique approaches and  original pathways for skilling their workforce.
