Global Employment Trends for Youth 2020

This report examines the technological advances of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and how this has created both opportunities and challenges in the labour market amongst young people. The report puts a focus on the shifts in job characteristics, sectors and skills and also examines the impact technological changes have on inequalities.

This report, published by the International Labour Organization (ILO) is the 2020 edition of the Global Employment Trends for Youth, in which it sets out and identifies the youth labour market situation around the world.
