In the context of digitalisation and technological change across all areas of life, the use of digital media is growing in significance for the TVET system. Digitally supported education and training can help to strengthen individual skills and competencies for the beneficial and responsible use of digital technologies in all areas of life, make learning more flexible and enhance the quality and attractiveness of TVET.

The Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training in Germany (BIBB) in cooperation with the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre seek to identify good practices from the Asia-Pacific region for the use of digital media in the field of TVET to show the potential of applied digital learning opportunities and identify viable solutions for their sustainable integration into TVET.

Selected applicants will be invited to present their initiative in the context of the BIBB International Roadshow 2019 - Digital Media in TVET that will take place at the Worlddidac Asia on 10th October 2019 in Bangkok. The event will be attended by leading representatives in the field of TVET from across Asia-Pacific.
