The signing ceremony took place on Friday at the Ministry’s office under the high chairmanship of Minister Heng Sour and Wu Yong, President of Henan Lianfei Business Information Consulting Co., Ltd.
Heng Sour stated that the MoU aims to strengthen Cambodia’s TVET programs, which play a crucial role in deepening the partnership between the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) and the government of the People’s Republic of China.
“On behalf of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, we welcome Henan Lianfei Business Information Consulting Co., Ltd. to send Chinese language teachers to Cambodia to help train our trainees,” Heng Sour said. “This will enable them to acquire Chinese language skills alongside their core technical subjects, enhancing their ability to communicate with Chinese employers.”
Wu Yong expressed pride in the collaboration, noting that his company is committed to supporting the ministry through Chinese language instruction and the transfer of technical skills.
“Our company has extensive experience in teaching Chinese, technical skills, science, and innovative technologies that are aligned with current global trends,” he said.
