About the Event

The COVID-19 outbreak caused by the Delta variant in Vietnam since May 2021 has caused a lot of socio-economic issues, including disruptions to production and business activities and serious impacts on the labor market. At the moment, the pandemic has been somewhat contained and local businesses are about to resume their operations and move faster in a new normal to complete their business targets for 2021. However, the recovery of production and business activities would face numerous challenges, including workforce recovery and reskilling to adapt to new business conditions as one of the top concerns.

In the face of labor shortage, worker recruitment and retraining on skills needed to quickly build up workforce in a new normal are getting more attention of local businesses.

In order to provide further information and share solutions that can ease businesses building their workforce, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ho Chi Minh City (VCCI-HCM), in collaboration with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and Vieclamtot, will hold a webinar on WORKER RECRUITMENT AND RETRAINING SOLUTIONS AFTER COVID-19, with the following details:
