Synopsis

Cutting across all sectors, the pandemic has allowed the rare opportunity for companies to reset. Businesses in ASEAN are now putting a relentless focus on customer centric, data enabled, digital technology to drive productivity and innovation. However, despite best efforts, the region’s infamous digital divide continues to act as roadblocks.
