We are excited to announce the 8th Asia-Pacific Conference on Education, Teaching & Technology 2026 (AP-EduTeach2026). The conference theme, “Redefining Education: Tech-Driven, Equitable, Sustainable”, highlights how technology is transforming education to be more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable. This international conference invites researchers, educators, and innovators to share insights on the future of teaching and learning, bridging gaps and creating resilient, adaptable educational systems.

In today’s fast-changing world, the intersection of education, teaching, and technology is shaping immersive and innovative learning experiences. AP-EduTeach2026 provides a global platform to explore cutting-edge trends, challenges, and opportunities that redefine education for a sustainable future.

We welcome individual paper presentations, panel sessions, round table discussions, short films and posters. Your participation in Asia-Pacific EduTeach2026 may be under the following categories (Original research paper, published article, Dissertation/PhD thesis, Research abstract etc..)

   • Standard: 15 March 2026
   • Late: 15 May 2026
2. Submissions 
   • Abstract submission deadline: 30 May 2026
   • Notification of acceptance: Within 7 working days
   • Full paper submission deadline: 30 June 2026
3. Conference dates: 13 - 14 July 2026 
4. Venue: Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta, Indonesia

**Early submission is encouraged. The duration of the visa process varies for country to country. It is therefore strongly advised to start your application as soon as possible.

SUBMISSION TYPES

We welcome submissions in the following categories:

• Original research papers
• Published articles
• Dissertation/PhD thesis
• Research abstracts
• Project reports
• Ongoing research
• Case Studies
• Reports on current issues  etc....

Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 

• Manuscripts should be written in English.
• Abstract: Include: title, author(s), affiliation(s), email, abstract (200–250 words), and 4–6 keywords.
• Papers: Length:
  • Full papers: 4,000–6,000 words
  • Short papers / briefs: 2,000–3,000 words
• Follow APA (7th ed.) referencing style.

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and may be considered for publication in a partner journal or edited volume.

PRESENTATION FORMAT

Authors of accepted submissions will present onsite or virtually. Sessions will emphasize dialogue, practical insights, and actionable outcomes, including recommendations for policy, education, industry, and community engagement.
