This programme is designed to empower TVET leaders to drive transformative change, embrace digital innovation, and lead with agility, inclusivity, and purpose in the evolving education landscape.

Participants will be able to:

• Equip TVET leaders with the skills needed to lead transformative change within their institutions.
• Develop digital leadership competencies for integrating technology effectively into TVET education.
• Enhance strategic thinking and agility in adapting to industry advancements and trends in digitalisation.
• Foster a culture of innovation and inclusivity by promoting values-based leadership and continuous learning.

Training details:

• 4 - 6 February 2025 (Online)
• 10 - 15 February 2025 (Onsite at SEAMEO VOCTECH)
• Include: Transportation (Pick-up and Drop off to and from Airport, Hotel and Training Venue), morning refreshment, lunch, afternoon refreshment.
• Exclude: Airfare, Accommodation, Visa (if applicable), Daily Allowance, Travel Insurance.
