OVEC's 79th anniversary

“Vocational education lies at the heart of the country’s development,” says Mr. Narong Pawpongosong, Secretary-General of the Office of the Vocational Education Commision (OVEC). 

OVEC has recently celebrated their 79th anniversary as a provider of vocational and professional training. 

Since their establishment, they have continued to produce a qualified workforce and promote vocational education that meets international standards. They have strengthened vocational opportunities for people at all levels in Thailand. 

OVEC is currently developing 11 modern educational courses that are demanded by the market. 

With unemployment being a major problem for the country, Mr. Pawpongons mentioned that OVEC graduates will always get a job after they complete their programme.
